This legislation is the Georgia Student Religious Liberties Act of 2014.  It authorizes students to express religious beliefs in coursework and in public speaking/forums, participate in religious activities, and wear religious clothing/accessories at school. It further requires all public school systems to adopt a policy allowing the expression of religious beliefs at public forums, and provides a model policy in this regard.
